Thank you for visiting the Liberty Hill Bond Program Website!

Our school district is growing. Since 2006, our district has grown by over 20 percent, and by 2020, the district is expected to grow by another 35 percent. Due to this large amount of growth, many of our existing facilities are at or above their planned capacity.

To address the current and expected growth in LHISD, in November 2010, our community passed an $85.6 million bond election for a new Liberty Hill High School as well as additions and renovations to Liberty Hill Junior High School and Liberty Hill Intermediate School. Also included in the bond are renovations to the existing Sixth Grade Building for district administration, renovations to the kitchen/cafeteria at Liberty Hill Elementary School, a new parking lot at Burden Elementary and future land purchase.

This is an exciting time for our community! This website has been created to keep our citizens informed about the status of our bond program projects. As design and construction progresses over the next several years, this site will be updated with design presentations, schedule information and construction photos.
Thank you for your continued support of Liberty Hill ISD!

Sincerely,
Dr. Rob Hart, Superintendent
